Packages may take up to a month (or longer) to arrive. While this is incredibly annoying for everyone involved (we want you to get your GK swag as soon as possible!) we have to be patient with international shipping restrictions and keep our fingers crossed for easy shipping. IF your tracking info has not been updated in over 3 weeks, please get in contact with us and we can arrange a new order to be sent out, presuming the original order is evaluate as lost.

While we'd love to offer something like this, the listed production time is as fast as we can guarantee! That being said, we process the art files for our custom orders every Monday, so if you want the best chancer to get your custom order quicker, make sure to have it submitted by Monday morning!
While we want to get your order to you as soon as possible, especially if you're just next door in British Columbia, all international packages sent via USPS must be processed through one of their International Custom Centers in the midwest (typically Illinois & Iowa). Unfortunately, there is not much we can do about this process that wouldn't astronomically increase the price of shipping. What we can assure you though, is that your package is still on it's way and not lost!
