A few common questions...
Can you sponsor me?
Probably not. But if we’d like to sponsor you, chances are good you’re already on our radar so we’ll take it upon ourselves to reach out to you.
What’s your refund policy?
All products in original packaging can be returned for a full refund. You will need to pay the return shipping postage. All returns can be mailed to 934 E. McLeod Rd / Bellingham, WA 98226
Will your fenders fit my bike?
Our fender shape is super universal and works on the fork of most mountain bikes/wheel sizes, even fatbikes. They even work on many gravel bikes, but are not designed for road bikes. If you are unhappy with the fit, you can return it for a full refund (you pay shipping).
How do I install my fender?
Our fenders come with 4 hook and loop velcro straps and don’t require any tools or bolts. Checkout this video if you need help mounting it to your fork.
Can I use water to install my Frame Keeper?
Our Frame Keepers are not meant to be wet applied and water could affect the adhesiveness of the glue. A dry installation with a heat gun or hair dryer is best. Please check out this video for installation instructions.
How should I remove my Frame Keeper?
Before removing your frame protection, always make sure to blast it with a heat gun or hair dryer to soften the glue. This will ensure the cleanest removal.
How long does shipping take?
We generally ship non-custom items within 1-2 days of receiving the order and shipping within the US generally takes 3-6 business days. Custom orders generally take about 3-4 weeks to ship from time of payment. International shipping can take 6-20 business days, depending on destination.
Is there a warranty?
We’ve got your back (errr….face)! If your fender breaks within a year of purchase, please fill out this warranty form and we'll get back to you within 48 hours.
Is my fender recyclable?
Yes! But if it still does it’s job, pass it on to a buddy. We designed our fenders to be extra durable so they have long lives and stay out of landfills. If your fender no longer functions, please recycle it at your local recycling facility.
