Ground Keeper Terms of Service
1. Welcome!
Thanks for visiting Ground Keeper! By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. Ordering & Payment
When you place an order, you’re agreeing to pay the price listed (plus any applicable taxes and shipping). Once your order is placed, we get to work making your product or preparing your shipment. We accept major credit cards and other payment options as listed at checkout.
3. Custom Orders
Custom products are made just for you and typically ship within 10-14 days of placing your order.
Because these items are personalized, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect or mistake on our part. Please carefully review your design before submitting.
Color Match Disclaimer:
We cannot guarantee any exact color matches. Printing on materials is different than painting, and every screen displays colors a little differently. Exact color matching is unlikely and should not be expected.
4. Image Guidelines for Custom Work
We want to make cool things for you, but here’s what we can’t print:

Anything you don’t have the rights to use. That means: no copyrighted or trademarked logos, no celebrities, no TV/movie/book/sports content, and no stolen images.

Nothing offensive, violent, or containing nudity or weapons.
You must own or have rights to the images you send us.
If we can’t use your image, we’ll notify you and refund your order.
5. Frame Protector Disclaimer
By installing a Ground Keeper frame protector, you accept and acknowledge the unlikely possibility that your bicycle’s paint or finish could be damaged during installation or removal.
Our products use a removable adhesive and we provide recommended installation and removal instructions. However, it’s your responsibility to assess the condition and integrity of your bicycle’s paint/finish before installing. If in doubt, consult your bicycle manufacturer to see whether applying adhesive products affects your warranty.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to ship non-custom orders promptly. Shipping timelines and costs will be displayed during checkout. Once your order leaves our hands, delays with carriers are beyond our control — but we’ll always help if something goes missing.
7. Returns & Refunds
If you'd like to return a non-custom item, you must ship it back to us at the address below within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original, unused condition. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund — minus the cost of shipping — within 5 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability
We’re not responsible for any damages resulting from use (or misuse) of our products. This includes but isn’t limited to cosmetic damage, loss of use, or other costs. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product you purchased.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal info you provide is only used to fulfill your order or communicate with you. We don’t sell or share your information.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the updated version here. By continuing to use our site, you accept the current version of our Terms.
