Our universal kit is designed to fit all bikes and sizes and comes with 6 easy-to trim pieces for toptube, downtube, chainstays, and seatstays. Designed to fit XL frames, each piece can be trimmed down to desired length and width.

1. Clean your bike thoroughly and wipe frame with isopropyl alcohol. Wash your hands to ensure you don’t leave any dirty fingerprints under the glue. If it’s below 50 degrees Fahrenheit, roll your bike indoors for the following steps.
2. Grab a pair of scissors or an exacto knife. All pieces are designed for larger frames and will likely need to be trimmed before mounting. Before removing the backing, line each piece up to your frame and mark any pieces that need to be shortened or thinned. Trim from the bottom and make sure to round any hard edges (this will help it from pulling up over time).
3. Remove backing and center the guard where you want it. Make sure to do any repositioning before applying pressure. Once you’re happy with the position, lightly tack the center of the guard from top to bottom. Apply pressure from center to sides, pushing out any air/bubbles with your thumbs. We don’t recommend wet application with our material.
Pro Tips:
• Lightly blasting each piece with a hairdryer or heat gun before applying pressure warms the adhesive and makes for an easier application.
• If you have issues wrapping guard around curves, add additional relief cuts where needed.
• To avoid leaving finger prints on transparent Frame Keepers, wet your finger tips if you need to reposition the guard.
• Use a vinyl squeegee tool to help eliminate bubbles during the application process.
• Get clever with your scrap pieces! Throw them on the seat tube, top of the downtube, or wherever you may experience cable rub.
Removal:
ALWAYS use heat when removing Frame Keeper to ensure clean removal. We also recommend using heat when repositioning the Frame Keeper during application.

Install was not difficult at all….almost undetectable.
Install was fairly easy. Just a level up from a screen protector. Took me a little over an hour. Can’t speak to longevity but 30 hours of riding and they still look brand new. Does help with cleaning mud and dirt.

I bought the clear sparkle protectors and they look fabulous! The application was easy once I viewed a video on U tube and followed the suggestions there. I was able to apply these over the inscriptions on my bike without changing the overall appearance. Looks elegant!
Ordered 2 sets, 1 clear and 1 design. Great quality vinyl and was easy to install. Make sure surface is clean and use of a heat gun makes it that much easier. Take your time and it will turn out perfectly! Used the design on the top and bottom tubes, top of fork and center post below seat post. Used the clear on the back tubes of the frame. Many thanks
This product is fantastic. I had a little trouble my first time applying it but with some helpful tips from the Ground Keeper team I was able to get it on with no problem. It lays on nice and clear, I honestly can't tell it's there until I get up close to the bike. It's held up great so far in the Arizona desert, i look forward to seeing how it holds up long term.

Might have been our own fault to not realize that this wouldn’t work in a spot like this where there are raised letters on the paint. Was really excited to get these in and then kinda bummed with the application. Open to suggestions on how to make this work better! Seems to work good in smooth spots.
Store owner replied: Hi Marlena, Thanks for your review! Unfortunately, anytime you put a film over top of raised stickers, there will always be a void outside of the letters. Stickers and other decals should always go OVER the frame protection to avoid these voids. The branded frame decals are usually under the clear coat and aren't raised, so this is rarely an issue.

Super easy to install with a little heat from a hair dryer. Used the excess bits to get even more coverage on the chain and seatstays as well. Really happy with the product!
be sure to have patience and set aside some time. You will be disappointed in your work if you think you can do it in five minutes. I used a hair dryer in the low setting on and off throughout which made the frame protector more pliable and easier to conform to the frame better. I recommend watching the short video. It was helpful. I picked the gloss and unless you are looking for it it disappears into the frame. I'm very happy with it and even had enough leftover to protect the back of the seat tube

Great product to protect your bikes.. they need to have a drop down option to put in your own bike, model etc so it would fit perfectly for that specific e-bike, mountain bike etc..

It takes patience to install this product correctly. You need to follow the instructions and sue basic tools such as a card for pressing the material to the grame, scissors, and a dryer. It took a couple hours but the product looks great!
Ordered the clear frame keeper in matte for my Specialized Rockhopper. It blends in nice with the matte sliver paint. I cut about half inch from the bottom to fit the top tube. Installation was easy with the forgiving adhesive that allows repositioning so you can line it up just right. I laid it down with no air bubbles… heat gun recommended. I would definitely purchase again.

Purchased the clear cosmic ground keepers for my Trek Marlin 6; loved the coverage and simplicity of installation. The cosmic sparkles are awesome they bring out the color and detail of the bike while providing protection. I highly recommend this product. Helpful tip leaves your bike and ground keepers in the sun for about 30-40 mins depending on your location and weather. I installed mine in 100-degree weather and the installation was smooth; also, a clean bike and clean set of hands get you the professional installation look. Avoid finger smudges and impurities from sticking to the keepers.
Great product. a little tricky to install due to the frame curves, specially the downtube. had to cut the chainstay piece and install it crooked since most bikes bring a protector already. I needed the protection on the sides since I ride flat pedals and the shoes often leave some rubber marks. Works perfect!
I ordered these in the glitter and I absolutely love it. When I first received them in the mail I was completely underwhelmed and almost sent them back. But when they are installed and out in the sun, the really sparkle, its perfect!!🥰
