Our universal kit is designed to fit all bikes and sizes and comes with 6 easy-to trim pieces for toptube, downtube, chainstays, and seatstays. Designed to fit XL frames, each piece can be trimmed down to desired length and width.

1. Clean your bike thoroughly and wipe frame with isopropyl alcohol. Wash your hands to ensure you don’t leave any dirty fingerprints under the glue. If it’s below 50 degrees Fahrenheit, roll your bike indoors for the following steps.
2. Grab a pair of scissors or an exacto knife. All pieces are designed for larger frames and will likely need to be trimmed before mounting. Before removing the backing, line each piece up to your frame and mark any pieces that need to be shortened or thinned. Trim from the bottom and make sure to round any hard edges (this will help it from pulling up over time).
3. Remove backing and center the guard where you want it. Make sure to do any repositioning before applying pressure. Once you’re happy with the position, lightly tack the center of the guard from top to bottom. Apply pressure from center to sides, pushing out any air/bubbles with your thumbs. We don’t recommend wet application with our material.
Pro Tips:
• Lightly blasting each piece with a hairdryer or heat gun before applying pressure warms the adhesive and makes for an easier application.
• If you have issues wrapping guard around curves, add additional relief cuts where needed.
• To avoid leaving finger prints on transparent Frame Keepers, wet your finger tips if you need to reposition the guard.
• Use a vinyl squeegee tool to help eliminate bubbles during the application process.
• Get clever with your scrap pieces! Throw them on the seat tube, top of the downtube, or wherever you may experience cable rub.
Removal:
ALWAYS use heat when removing Frame Keeper to ensure clean removal. We also recommend using heat when repositioning the Frame Keeper during application.
One kit provides fuller coverage on the smaller tubes of road and gravel bikes.
One kit provides mid coverage on the larger tubes of most mountain bikes.
Two kits provide fuller coverage on mountain bikes. Recommended for e-bikes.

My son had outgrown his bike and my daughter wanted a tie dye bike so this worked perfectly! Easy to install! I used all of an adult sized set of stickers to cover all the tubing on my daughter’s bike, which is a 14 inch Guardian child’s bike. I’d imagine there would be more tubing exposed if installing on a bigger bike.

I bought my bike used and wasn’t a huge fan of the color scheme. A friend told me about Ground Keeper, so I bought the oil slick wrap and am in love with my “new” bike. It was fun and easy to apply (I used a hairdryer which helped a ton) and was able to use the scraps to fill in even more spots. I wish Ground Keeper gave the option of purchasing an “add on” kit as I would wrap even more of my bike if possible.
The product was very easy to apply on a hot spring day when my bike was warm. It looks really good and I was happy with the quality of the frame keeper tape.
Before and after Pics. Great product with lots to go around. Flatten after receiving to make application easier and hold better. I also brought bike in as temps are a bit low to help improve the application process and improve initial hold.

I got these to jazz up a used bike we got for my daughter for Christmas. There was so much leftover after trimming it to her bike, I was able to use it on other parts of the bike. It was so easy to install and a fun project to make an old bike look cool again! I would absolutely recommend this product! I can't speak to longevity of the product as we just got it, but I love the way it looks!

Amazing product! Definitely not just a sticker these are thicker and robust and go on well. A heat gun is nice to have because they are very sticky and the thickness makes them a little stiffer. So nice.

I love my wrap! It's awesome and so colorful! My new bike was Blah Blue before and now it's absolutely as colorful as I could want! 10/10 would recommend...in fact my husband has bought one already based on mine. He installed mine and said it was relatively easy with a heat gun.
The clear-coat on the top tube of my Pivot was damaged. This wrap did the trick to both cover it up and protect it!

I got the Oil Slick for my Blue Trek Bike, a few years ago. I recently got a Velotric T1 Ebike and thought I would get the Oil Slick again to go on this Orange Bike. I have got soo many compliments and asked where I got it from. The Difference this makes, has been night and day, and it makes my Bike Pop now. I thought this for extra coverage on my gravel bike, which was promoted to commuter bike and kid-trailer-puller. It’s an XS frame size that is a refreshing blue gray color and I was a little nervous the the oil slick pattern wouldn’t compliment the frame color but I think it works fairly well! Application was easy; I took my time using a heat gun and the frame keeper is very forgiving with repositioning. I used left over scraps to fill additional space on the frame. I wish this keeper provided more coverage but for the price the coverage was excellent. I’ve been using my bike for a month and have had several accidental drops of it and the frame keeper is already doing its job! It feels resilient and I’m happy to have more visibility on the road. I’m planning to get another frame keeper for my other bike and have already recommended this product to a friend.

I love the decals and fender!! Did not really want a blue bike, so this is the perfect “cover-up”. I just wish the down tube decal was wide enough to cover both sides, I had to trim to to avoid covering the logo partially.
